We offer four classic designs: The Loudon, Whitehall 17, Whitehall 13, and the Pocket Skiff.  Our boats incorporate classic looks and proven performance, and we use modern materials and design innovation. And we row for the fun of it. Rossiter boats are built for single and double rowing and family enjoyment. Children and adults can row our boats with comfort and efficiency.  For recreation or getting around our rowboats are ideal. Rowing is life-long sport. We are dedicated to the design and construction of high quality, safe, durable, and affordable rowboats. The Loudon Rowboat

A traditional double-ended lapstrake design modelled from rowboats built in Ontario during the early 1900's.The Loudon is easy to row and excellent for all ages. This boat tracks very well and is quite fast.

The Whitehall 17

Originally from the Eastern Seaboard, this smooth-skinned rowboat is excellent in rough open water and can carry a large cargo. The wineglass transom can be fitted with a small engine.

The Whitehall 13

A shorter lapstrake-design whitehall, easily towed. Practical for those  who require a small engine.Teak trim is standard. Suitable for single rowing, It has one  rowing seat and two passenger seats.The wineglass transom can accommodate a small engine.

 The Pocket Skiff

This twelve-foot boat is designed as a yacht tender and features smooth-skinned design. It has a fibreglass hull and deck. For those who desire a lightweight, compact double ended rowboat, no heavier than a canoe..

Our rowboats are finished with high quality woodwork. We select teak because it is the most weather resistant and durable wood available.

The combination of a fibreglass hull and teak produces a strong boat that is easy to maintain.
